Hereinafter referred to as “LINA SANTO”.

By placing an order via the website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement concluded between LINA SANTO and a consumer via the website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

Products & Presentation

LINA SANTO presents its products as accurately as possible.

Images are illustrative. Slight color variations due to screens or lighting do not constitute defects. Minor differences do not entitle the customer to compensation.Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout. Accepted payment methods:

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization. LINA SANTO reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment irregularities, fraud suspicion, or system errors.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Belgium: 3–5 business days

Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. LINA SANTO will ship orders within 30 days at the latest unless otherwise agreed. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LINA SANTO via email or contact form before the 14-day period expires.

Returned items must:

Be unworn

Be unwashed

Be undamaged

Include original tags

Be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, including returns from outside the Netherlands.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. LINA SANTO may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.

Legal Warranty & Conformity

Under Dutch and EU law, customers are entitled to a statutory warranty. This means the product must meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and durability. Complaints about defects must be reported within two (2) months after the defect has been discovered. Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or wear beyond normal use is excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website: including images, branding, designs, text, logos, and product concepts  is the intellectual property of LINA SANTO.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Liability

LINA SANTO is not liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential losses

Delays caused by carriers

Force majeure situations

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the LINASANTO Privacy Policy. LINA SANTO complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Complaints & Disputes

LINA SANTO will respond within 7 business days.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
