I started with nothing but intention. Just the discipline to show up every day and build, one decision at a time. The woman I was becoming did not wait for the right circumstances. She moved toward them. She always knew exactly where she was going.
But I learned something the hard way. Chasing success while neglecting your health is not a strategy. It is a countdown.
That realization did not make me slow down. It made me smarter about how I move.
